## Full content
## Presentation
The Gorges de Languouette canyon is primarily practiced in summer when there is little water. Due to its narrowness, its
water flow can be powerful. It is a short canyon but long considering the many obstacles to overcome. This canyon offers
many vertical sections.

You'll find magnificent jumps into large pools at the foot of beautiful waterfalls, as well as a
great zipline landing in the water. You'll experience rappelling, a zipline, and a via cordata section. If the sun is
out in the morning, a large rainbow amidst the waterfalls will await you at the beginning of the canyon.

## Formula 1

## Half-day schedule
The instructor will explain how to equip yourself.
We will put on neoprene wetsuits, harnesses, helmets, and then we will explain the safety instructions related to canyoning to maximize your enjoyment of the descent.

## Level: **Moderate**
The half-day Languouette canyon is a vertical canyon where rappels are mandatory but jumps are optional.
This canyon is suitable for beginners if they don't have a fear of heights and have decent physical condition.

The approach hike is 5 minutes, very easy, and the return hike is also 5 minutes but much steeper.

For children, the minimum age is set at 12 years.

## Formula 2

## Daily Schedule
The first part will take place in the Gorges de Languouette canyon. If it's a sunny day, a magnificent rainbow will await us in the midst of the waterfalls.

Regarding the meal, you'll need to bring your own picnic. We'll put the food in waterproof containers.
Once out of the canyon, we'll take time to eat in a dry area.
Bring energy bars like chocolate bars with you. Avoid packaging that might not resist water. Sometimes the waterproof containers may not fully serve their purpose. Salad bowls are a good solution due to their hard plastic or metal packaging.
In canyoning, we rarely get thirsty, so just bring a small bottle of water.
After the lunch break, we'll drive about 3km to reach the second canyon.
The Malvaux canyon is less vertical but very playful and appreciated by everyone for its various passages.

## Level: **Sporty**
The combination of these 2 canyons takes about 6.5 hours in total with a 1.5-hour break, which is why it's classified as a sporty level.
If you're a beginner but athletic and don't have too much fear of heights, this route will suit you perfectly.

The approach and return hikes are practically non-existent. The longest walk is the return from Malvaux canyon: about 15 minutes.

For children, the minimum age is set at 12 years old.
